Make a claim

If you have domestic emergency in your home, you need action fast, call us on 0845 300 3346 – our lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (calls may be recorded and/or monitored).

We'll rapidly confirm whether you're covered and ensure that an approved tradesman gets to you as soon as possible.

Make a complaint

We hope that you will be very happy with the Home Emergency Cover that we provide. If for any reason you are not, we'd like to hear from you so we can fix things. That's why we've made is easy and direct as possible to get in touch with us.

  • In the first instance, please write to the Customer Relations Manager, Norwich Union Direct, Homeserve, Freepost WV1849, Walsall, West Midlands, WS2 7BR or call us on 0845 300 3346 (for our joint protection calls may be recorded and/or monitored).
  • We are covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service - if you have made a complaint to us and we have been unable to resolve it, you may be entitled to refer it to the Ombudsman.
  • Making a complaint to us in no way affects your right to take legal action.
